  BASF lab sample

  Dear Folks,

  We required some lab sample from the BASF. The products are 4-8 euro/kg, they want to send the samples for 50 euro/piece . we have not experienced it  by another company, so I ask that this is indeed the case at BASF?

  Not in my experience. But we have no idea where you are or which of their factors you’re dealing with.

  thank you @Belassi !! we are in Middle East Europe.
  Our experience is same like yours. We never experienced this amount for samples any manufacturer

  I wish all companies were as easy to deal with as BASF.
