I have been formulating a 15% Ascorbic acid solution with no issues for personal use.

    I use

    A :Propylene glycol : 10%

    A: Ferulic acid 0.5%

    A: hyaluronic 1% stock : 15%

    A: aqua: 34.7%

    A: d-l panthenol: 0.5%

    B: ethoxydiglycol : 15%

    B: mixed tocopherol: 1%

    B: Laureth23: 3%

    C: Lascorbic acid : 15%

    C: liquid germall: 0.3%

I’m not sure why, but lately when I have been making it, there is a white cast that forms when it dries.

    Why is this happening?

Like anyone else would do…. do a couple of knock outs.

I’d start with dl Panth, and follow it up with the HA.

    Good luck.
