  Alkyl Benzoate - Solubilizer For Tocopherols - Formula Challenge

  Here’s a LOI that I have been studying and it appears that Alkyl Benzoate may be used as a solubilizer for the Vitamin E Tocotrienol:

  
  

  
  

  The Vitamin C is 10% and the combined (Water, Glycerin, Sodium Levulinate, Sodium Anisate) is generally used at 3%.  So, the Alkyl Benzoate is somewhere in the range 3% to 10%.  I have tried mixing Alkyl Benzoate with Tocopherols (1%) at various amounts within the 3% to 10% range, but have had no success incorporating it into the formulation … the Alkyl Benzoate/Tocopherols separate out.  Somehow, the manufacturer managed to produce a relatively clear serum.  Any ideas?
