Silicone for temporarily fill lines and wrinkles

I am going to add silicone in my lotion because it has xanthan gum and petrolatum and the skin feel is not pleasant.
Also In paula's choice website they say some silicones can also temporarily fill lines and wrinkles. My question is

Which silicone is most favorable for temporarily filling lines and wrinkles on skin?

If dimethicone then which viscosity?
Low or high for this purpose?

Lotion ingredients are 

Olive oil

Petrolatum
Polyglyceryl 4 Laurate
Glyceryl oleate
Xanthan gum
Essential oil

Preservative

I was researching for something else and came across dowsil 9701 cosmetic powder (Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (and) Silica) and remembered reading your post earlier.  I haven't used it before and not sure if there is a more favorable silicone, but the picture on the marketing sell sheet looks promising for filling lines (and yes, I know its not best practice to go off suppliers marketing data alone) but maybe you'll see some benefit in using that product or something similar

Agree with the previous comment. You need silicone elastomers not just dimethicone. I would also have a look at ronaflair range https://www.merckgroup.com/en/brands/pm/ronaflair.html

What are some examples of this you would recommend from either:
Lotion Crafters
Formulators Sample Shop
Making Cosmetics

Or similar US based re-packers?

How would you compare those with Polymethylsilsesquioxane?  An added enhancement or redundancy?

lotioncfater should have set of samples for elastomers. You might want to consider trying to select the one you like. I have not tried the ones MakingCosmetics sells as I don’t like the price.

I don’t think you can compare it with polymethylsilsesquioxane, those are very different.
