    Lecithin comes in a variety of grades, from fairly cheap to really expensive.
    Effective regarding what? You're comparing apples with oranges.

    For mixing oil with water and then adding titanium dioxide with it and spray it out of a foam pump (same as the ones used for dishwashing)
