Sulfonated methyl ester as shampoo surfactant

MiaMia Member
Hi cute nerds, newbie here. I have a question in regards of Sulfonated Methyl Ester (SME), we have abundant SME supply in my country (and its the cheapest). I'm thinking of making it as primary surfactant for my shampoo. The thing is i cant find the reference anywhere for soap or shampoo using this material, its mostly used for liquid dish soap or laundry detergent. I havent try it but plan to make one with this formulation for my shampoo

SME 7-10% (got 10% reference from local suplier)
Cocamydopropyl betaine 9%
Natrium chloride 1.2%
Propylene glycol 0.1%
Caprylic capric triglyceride 3%
Castor oil 2%
Sunflower oil 2%
Fragrances 1 %
Phenoxyethanol 0.5%

Your inputs on SME as surfactant for shampoo please. And any sugestion to improve the formula above. Thanks. 🌻🌻
