A cleansing milk became more runny than usual

A week ago we made a batch of a cleansing milk, now we noticed that it became runny (lower viscosity than usual).

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

ps: i think this happened because i used a different homogeiniser and at a higher speed than usual.

  • Not enough information to help you. What's the formula? 
    Equipment could be the issue but no one can help without more context
  • UPDATE : we added 0,2% xanthan gum and 2% glycerin and it worked just fine.
