hand soap difficult to rinse

Hi, I have made a foaming hand soap with Cocamidopropyl betaine and Glucotain sense (sunfloweryl Methylglucamide) as surfactants, some glycerin, citric acid, preservative and fragrance. The soap foam really well but it is difficult to rinse and it seems something is left on the hands. What could cause this? Any advice on how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your advice always so useful.

You should maintain the pH at least 7
For this you may use TEA

Glucotain Sense is described by Clariant as a sensory additive (see below).

"This powerful sensory additive adds a deep caring after feel to your rinse-off formulation. GlucoTain® Sense is a mild surfactant with refatting effects it is non-tropical sourced, based on sunflower oil and sugar."

I would try reducing the Glucotain Sense as this is most likely causing the issue.

If you provide your full formulation you will possibly get some more suggestions.
