Calculating Surfactant Active Matter

Hi all,

Long time lurker and first time poster here.
I'm currently studying Hair Care Formulation - very basic course, as are my chemistry skills.

I'm creating a quick and simple shampoo formula with Castile Soap as the surfactant. I understand why no one likes it however, my current store bought shampoo works wonders on my hair and I'd love to emulate that.

Their ingredients for ref:

Saponified Organic Oils of Coconut, Olive and Jojoba, Jamaican Black Castor Oil, Glycerin, Guar Gum, Shea Butter, Lemon Oil, Lavender Oil, Natural Rosemary Extract, Aloe Vera Juice.

So my question is:

How do I calculate the Active Matter for Saponified Oils/Castile soap in either the liquid or paste form?
