Dear all, I'm currently developing a liquid blusher which is a water gel-based and I am having issue during counter matching...
As you can see from the photo below, some of the pigment is not well dispersed and form colour line (yellow colour line as shown).
Here is my formulation:
BASE
WATER q.s
Carbopol Ultrez 10 0.40
Glycerin 4.00
Sepinov EMT 10 1.05
Preservative 0.70
TEA q.s
COUNTER MATCH
Squalane 4.00 ( I have tried using other oils e.g: CCTG, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate)
Pigment q.s
(Form paste and disperse using 3 roller mill)
Anyone can help if any problem with the formulation or the process please?

I have not seen coated iron oxides before. Coated TiO2 is sold by tkbtrading.
