I am using GHTC in Shampoo.  I firstly mix GHTC in CAPB and then mix in SLES solution but it makes small lumps and get dissolve even upon maximum mixing.  Please give me your suggestions.

Just mix the Guar directly into the water phase.  Slowly add it so it disperses fully.

We had so much trouble dissolving GHTC,
it always seemed to form lumps even in bare water
that we switched to Polyquaternium-10 to get rid of so much trouble (and get better conditioning).

Add it to the water first, neutralise with citric acid solution to pH 4 and then add the remaining surfactants. Shouldn’t be any lumping then, I do it all the time without facing any issues.
