Hi, 
im looking for stable formulation of fabric softener . My product must include 2% perfume . 
Some ideas to become a stable formulation ?

Hi muhammad,

If you need to do so, use non-ionic surfactant.however, that is not recommended and might produce excesive foam- which you don't need for this particular product.

Try to contact the fragrance supplier- He might help in getting the fragrance in more concentrated- so you might just need to add 1 % in this case
