    Here’s a rundown:

    A. PG………………………20
        Salicylic Acid…………1.0
        Ethanol………………..15
        Betaine…………………1.0

    B. Water……………………qs
        Glycerin………………..2.0
        Glycolic Acid………….1.0
        Sodium Lactate………2.5
        Alpha-Arbutin………..0.2
        Multifruits BSC……….0.5
        Quinoa Extract……….0.5
        Cytobiol Iris A2……….0.5
        Sebum Control……….0.5
        EDTA…………………….0.3

    C. Euxyl PE…………………0.3
        Frag………………………0.2

    So my problem is that Sebum control do not dissolve completely. I dont want to take it out because it is also an active ingredient. What should I add?

    Another thing, What should I add to make my toner a little less yellow in color/not cloudy? will PEG 7- Glyceryl Cocoate help?

    what material(s) does Sebum Control consist of?

    @Bill_Toge Sodium Starch Octenylsuccinate (and) Hydrated Silica (and) Acrylates/C12-22 Alkyl Methacrylate Copolymer (and) Sodium Hydroxide (and) Zinc Sulfate (and) Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter Extract (and) Lauryl Laurate

    All that rhelogical mess…just to place a tiny bit of shea butter into your formula. DEL and just add 0.01% shea butter extract, likely miscible in glycerin & PG .  Also, I can’t fathom how such a wee level of Zn Sulfate is contributing to “sebum control.” Can you?

    @chemicalmatt Sadly, I can’t. Well, I will just remove the sebum control. Got any alternatives for oil control?
