Molar ratio of cationic surfactant: fatty alcohol for best conditioning effect

What molar ratio of cationic surfactant: cetearyl alcohol gives best conditioning effect for hair?

If cationic surfactant is Behentrimonium chloride or Behenamidopropyl dimethylamine

Conditioning is mainly done by the cationics whilst fatty alcohols give the creamy consistancy (the more fatty alcohol, the higher viscosity).
Aim for a whole numbered ratio between 1:1 and 1:6 (at least, that's what the science behind it dictates -> in cosmetics, always regard theory with caution and prove it right or wrong by trial and error).

    Got it

@Pharma there are some informations that show adding fatty alcohol improves combing.

Like this chart about Behenamidopropyl dimethylamine.
It shows 1% BAPDMA+ 3% fatty alcohol has almost the same combing force reduction as 2% BAPDMA+ 2% fatty alcohol.
