Hand wash formulation

My hand wash formulation is
SLES =8%
(CAPB )Coco amido Betaine =3%
Coconut di-ethanol-amide (KD)=0.5%
Glycerin= 0.5%
Salt about 4%
But after using it hands become so dry... How to make it skin friendly.

And my second question is i need shower gel formulation.
Some body help plz.

    Maybe you can substitute part of your surfactants with a superfatting agent, like LamesoftPO65, for instance...

    Is SLES and CAPB 8% and 3% active surfactant or actual product?

    What is pH?

    @Asad_Nazir Either increase your CAPB and Cocamide DEA, or add a cationic polymer (like PQ-7 or Guar HPTC)....or both, if you have enough budget.

    pH is 6 or 7 neutral.

    Reduce the Ph it must be 5 to 6
