Can i mix 2% CMIT MIT (300 ppm active) and 1% formalin (3700ppm formaldehyde)  in an SLES solution with 25% active surfactant and store it and use it regularly when making samples and product in large batch?

Will it be stable?

This is to make these products easier to use.

    Good
    Thanks
  • @PhilGeis can i ask what percentage of surfactant minimum is required to stabilize CMIT MIT?

I make a Shampoo with 8% total surfactant and plan to make a facewash with 5% total surfactant.

    Will it be stable?

Sorry - I don't know.  You could run a diffusion study to semquantify pres stability.
