IPBC usage rate in combination with phenoxyethanol or DMDM hydantoin

IPBC has recently gained my attention as a fungicide because it is effective at very small amount.

My questions is
How much IPBC+phenoxyethanol or IPBC+ DMDM hydantoin is a good starting point for preserving lotion and also how much for shampoo?

~100 ppm.  Benzoate prob better for shampoos.

@PhilGeis 100ppm is the upper limit. Should i use this amount even when combined with phenoxyethanol or DMDM hydantoin?
