For that the level of xanthan is probably too low.  you can try: increase the Xanthan Try a different thickener such as Hydroxyethylcellulose (up to 1%) - natrosol 250HR or equivalent

    I can't get the formulation stabilized, every time I try - I get separation of water


    A.WATER 37.1%

    A.XANTHAN GUM 0.2%

    A.GLYCERIN 7%

    A.PROPYLENE GLYCOL 3%

     

    B.SODIUM LAURYL SULPHATE 3%

    B.DECYL GLUCOSIDE 4%

    B.PEG 7 GLYCEYL COCOATE 2%

     

    C.PHENONIP 0.6%
