You need my magic ingredient, Shelflife GLS. I can sell you some but it's pricey.

Hi Perry. Thanks sir for reply. my formula for manual Dishwash liquid is. 1.Labsa.9% 2.seles.2% 3.cdea.2.7% 4.soda ash. 02% 5.coco Betain.1% 6.Castic soda. .012% 7.edta..1gm 8.urea.4gm 9.scent 1gm So how much they have shelf life above ingredients?
I need 3 years shelf life for my product can you help to bring more shelf life.
You will need to add a preservative and then perform a product stability test. You can perform accelerated product stability tests at higher temperatures to get an indication of shelf life.
Isothiazolinone preservatives are often used in dishwashing liquids. Ask your suppliers what they recommend based on your product type and pH.
All of your ingredients have long shelf lives but once you mix them together it doesn't matter because they have been diluted.
@AFRIDI85, Why are you adding urea? It is usually unstable in water solution. Also those ingredients given in grams, when the rest of the formula is in percentage, do not make much sense. To fix a formula you have to know what is/are the issue(s) and this is done by making stability tests.
@AFRIDI85 Where are you located, @ozgirl good suggestion on Kathon CG but might get costly for home care. Instead glutaraldehyde from Dow again is the go to preservative. You need to jack up SLES to at least 6-10% there to have salt thickening. Get rid of CDEA, maintain CAPB if cost isn’t a big deal. Then there are 1000s of additives to improve the performance. Get the basic formula right, can guide you further after that.
I need basic formulation for manual dishwash liquid completely but not yet find basic formulation I m searching for that's. can you brother helping me in formulation. my formula you can see above.
If you can neutralize lineal sulfonic acid with Potassium Hydroxide, instead of Sodium Hydroxide, it may be better. Be careful when diluting KOH with water. It gets real hot.
Also SLS will likely yield better foam with bigger bubbles than SLES. Then its a matter of experimentation to get better foam stability with Cocamide or Betaines.
What difference did you notice with and without urea? I've seen urea in some dishwash formulas and patents but never tried it.
@Gunther thanks for your sagution. Koh is costly then Noah . urea used for removing cloudness of Dishwash Liquid. without urea some time liquid becomes like cloud. SLES using for foaming and viscosity. Can SLS working like that.?
It is generally 96% active grade, I have used SLES and it is almost 100% success rate. You need to optimize the formulation accordingly, search this forum and you will find quite a few threads on this topic with complete information.
@Gunther and @Chemist77 you both are to much help with me I appreciate that and thanks for all. can you send me like www.happi.com. more others websites to collect more information.

What specifically does "more shelf life" mean? How much more?
What is your current formula? Without knowing your formula there are no answers that can be reasonably given.
Thanks sir for reply.

my Dishwash wash liquid viscosity is better but how can improve more viscosity and quilty.?

which %percent Labsa -96%'"90% or 60%used for manual Dishwash liquid.
You'll need 3-4% active linear sulfonic acid.
Some say you can use as low as 2.4% active
