Converting concealer formula from pan to stick

Hello,

Our concealer currently comes in a compact, but we are wanting to change the componentry used to a direct-pour stick component. However, when removing the internal lid after being fully cooled, the top of the bullet breaks off/crumbles/sticks to the plastic direct-pour lid. I have already added more wax, but am trying to change the formula as little as possible while still making it compatible for the desired new component. Concealer formula below (already with added wax). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to prevent it from adhering to the internal cap?

Thank you so much in advance!

  • You don't have enough waxes for stick product. You want to have 13-20% depending on the desired hardness.
What kind of silica is that? A gel-forming one? They are very different and all have the same INCI.
Also for a good concealer, you really need some sort of film former.
