    my formul for dishwash is

    860 gm Water

    94 gm LABSA

    12.5 NaOH

    50 gm SLES

    1 gm EDTA

    2 gm Sodium chloride

    and maintain ph 7 -8 when i neutralize the labsa.

    i am not getting proper thickness is there any missing substance.

    Did you do a salt curve analysis?

    You need a monoethanolamide which will both build viscosity and increase cleaning/foam in the presence of grease/oil.We used to run this test at Lever Bros.based on number of plates washed before foam goes flat.Foam does not always correlate with cleaning but it is a consumer signal/endpoint.

    The thing(s) that is/are missing in your DWL is a reasonable level of surfactant.
