Hi all…I need some advice on this topic

I work at a contract manufacturer and one of my customers wants us to make nose strips for them. Since we’ve never done these before, I started asking a couple of friends who work in the industry and they all laughed at me since “nobody attempts to make these in the lab and get them from a 3rd party instead”.
    Is this true?
Am I wasting my time even attempting to make one in the lab?

Looking forward for all your advice. Thanks.

It’s a very, very tricky product to make. Try reading the patents.

Recently , I have developed my own formula of 3 step blackhead remover mask. it look like this one.

The key is about polyvinyl alcohol. I had tried PVA from many source but the best one for me is from Sekisui.

    It has  high adhesion power.

    Hope that help.

I have used Sekisui Ultalux FF and I can tell you that indeed it has a good cling effect on the face, not sure what happened to Kuraray as that was the first PVA i used.
